Vanilla Bark

Apparently bark is not a thing in Ireland.  When I made the ice cream bark a couple weeks ago, Beardy Fiance was shocked and delighted that such a thing existed and immediately demanded more.  So I racked my brain as to how I could put a slightly different twist on things.  All I could think of was vanilla – I love vanilla bark (and really, anything vanilla), so I thought a pure white, vanilla themed bark would be a nice touch.  I’m not sure I got the season totally right – this would work nicely on a snowy day!  But since we have had a hit of cold weather lately (I want nothing more than to cuddle under my duvet and stay warm), I think these would be amazing!

Vanilla Bark (adapted from Martha Stewart)


24 ounces vanilla almond bark

1/2 box of Marshmallow Crispy Oreos

1 bag of French Vanilla Jet-Puffed marshmallows

Ingredients Melt the vanilla almond bark and spread it evenly over a lined baking sheet.

Melt the vanilla almond bark Spread it evenly over a lined baking sheetCrush the Oreos into small pieces and sprinkle them over the melted vanilla bark.  Sprinkle the marshmallows into the missing pieces.

Sprinkle Oreo pieces and marshmallows on almond barkAllow to set overnight, then break up into pieces.
